Called and had someone out yesterday afternoon to diagnose, Greg returned today with the part and got my dishwasher back up and running. Wow!

NorthWest has been my "go-to" appliance repair service since the 90's. They've never let me down. If my appliance isn't worth saving, they'll let me know. I also appreciate their suggestions on replacement appliances. Keep up the good work!

I've used several people in the past that come, saying they'll come back with parts, take a deposit, and are never seen again. That is not the case with these guys, communication is clear and when they say they'll be back with a part, they are!

My go to appliance company from now on. Fixed an issue caused by a fly by night guy who even made me give him my credit card to go buy parts. Northwest is far more professional.

These folks are great. Responded same day to my request to repair our Bosch dishwasher. Back next day with part and it's working as it should. Greg was courteous, professional and got the job done correctly.

Filled out a service request form and was promptly contacted by the office, was offered same day service, they came out and repaired my range for a very reasonable amount. First time using them but sure won't be my last!

Quick response and repair. All is back to normal thanks to Northwest.

Unfortunately my fridge could not be fixed because the part is no longer manufactured but Chris took the time to explain the issue, and gave advice on what I should shop for next.

My oven stopped heating properly right before a family gathering, and Northwest Appliance came through when I needed help most. The technician was punctual, friendly, and clearly experienced. The repair was completed quickly, the pricing was reasonable, and the oven has been working perfectly ever since.

My Scotsman ice machine had never been serviced since we moved in a few years ago, so I called Northwest when it stopped making ice. The serviceman showed me how disgusting it had gotten inside and did a thorough cleaning and sanitizing. I had no idea! I will definitely be getting regular cleanings, thank you!!
